Mac Torrent Download Button Doesn'T Do Anything



I apologize for whatever incompetence; if there's any way that I may supply you with more information (and I'm sure there is; I'm just poorly skilled in these matters), please instruct me on how I may provide it for you. I am infinitely grateful for whatever assistance you may give me.
When I click a magnet link (or a torrent I've downloaded), it enters Deluge and proceeds to sit there. Everything reads 0. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit, 6.1 Build 7601.Torrent

Okay so I had sims 3 and all the expansion packs (no stuff packs) downloaded onto my PC. My OC broke down and now I have a Macbook. I downloaded Sims 3 just fine and multiple expansions packs except for a few (Showtime, University Life, and Pets). Whenever I press download on those games nothing hap.
